This report provides an overview of Canadian scholarly journals operating in 2019. It presents characteristics such as access modes, languages of publication, the presence of different disciplines, support from funding agencies, and the organizations that support editorial teams. The report is divided into two sections. Quantitative analyses were used to present detailed information on all journals. In addition, a qualitative survey was conducted on the finances and organizational practices of a sample of journals.
