To be eligible for Coalition Publi.ca, a journal must meet the following criteria:
The journal must be a peer-reviewed academic publication that disseminates the results of original scholarship (each article must be submitted to a rigorous and independent peer review process).
The journal must be related to the social sciences and humanities disciplines.
The journal must publish primarily in English and/or French.
At least one third of the journal’s editorial committee must be made up of researchers affiliated with a Canadian post-secondary educational institution and/or the journal must be owned by a Canadian not-for-profit organization.
The journal must have been published for at least two years as a peer-reviewed scholarly journal.
The journal must publish at least six scholarly articles per year.

Provide 3 recent issues of the journal (PDFs preferred) by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once the Coalition Publi.ca team receives this information, they will contact you to discuss your needs and provide a quote for services. (For more information on Coalition Publi.ca services, please see the Services Overview).
Once the quote for a service level is accepted, Coalition Publi.ca will examine the application and notify journals whether or not they have been accepted. Once accepted, the journal and Coalition Publi.ca will sign an agreement for services.
